These Provider Subscription Terms govern paid provider subscriptions on Leechy, including Pro and Ultra plans. They explain pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, feature access, and what happens if a paid plan ends or changes.
These Provider Subscription Terms govern paid subscription features offered by Leechy to users who provide services, list inventory at a business scale, or otherwise use Leechy as a provider or seller.
Customers who only browse, rent, or book through the platform are not required to purchase a subscription.
Leechy currently offers the following account tiers:
Feature availability depends on the plan you select and maintain in good standing.
By subscribing to a paid provider plan, upgrading your account, or submitting payment information for a recurring subscription, you agree to these Provider Subscription Terms in addition to Leechy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Leechy may add, improve, modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before material changes that significantly reduce core paid functionality.
Unless otherwise stated in the app or at checkout, current standard pricing is:

Leechy may use fixed regional pricing instead of live exchange-rate conversion.

Regional prices may vary by market and are shown at checkout. Prices may be rounded or set using local pricing rules and do not necessarily track exchange-rate movements.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
Leechy may accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods made available through the app or platform. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and valid.
Prices may exclude applicable taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges unless otherwise stated. Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added at checkout or collected as part of your subscription charge.
Leechy may change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your paid plan, we will provide advance notice before the new price takes effect on a future renewal. Continued use after the new price becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
If you upgrade from Lite to Pro or Ultra, or from Pro to Ultra, your access to paid features begins once the upgrade is successfully processed.
If a Pro or Ultra subscription expires, is canceled, or is otherwise terminated, your account may be downgraded to Lite.
Upon downgrade:
Access to Pro or Ultra features depends on continued payment, compliance with platform rules, and any plan eligibility requirements Leechy may impose.
If a recurring payment fails, Leechy may:
Leechy is not responsible for fees, penalties, or losses resulting from failed payments caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, or inaccurate billing information.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the app or any subscription management flow that Leechy provides.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not usually provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain paid access until that period ends, after which your account may revert to Lite.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Leechy may, at its discretion, issue a refund, partial refund, or account credit in cases involving duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
Leechy may offer free trials for Pro or Ultra. Trial eligibility, length, and conditions will be shown at sign-up or in the offer details.
Unless otherwise disclosed, if you begin a trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method may be charged.
Leechy may offer discounts, credits, coupons, referral incentives, introductory pricing, or other promotions. Promotional offers may be limited by account, geography, time period, or other eligibility criteria, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time unless prohibited by law.
Creating multiple accounts, misrepresenting eligibility, or otherwise attempting to improperly obtain repeated promotional pricing or trial access may result in suspension, cancellation, or loss of access to promotional benefits.
You must keep your account, business, payout, and billing information accurate and up to date.
Subscription status does not exempt you from compliance with Leechy's Terms of Service, listing rules, marketplace standards, applicable laws, or payment requirements.
Paid plans provide tools and expanded functionality, but they do not guarantee increased visibility, bookings, revenue, customer demand, or business success.
If Leechy provides analytics, insights, reporting tools, or account management features as part of a paid plan, those tools are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, approximate, incomplete, or subject to change.
If your paid plan ends, you may lose access to paid dashboards, badges, inventory controls, export tools, or other plan-specific functionality. Leechy may retain account and platform data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and operational needs.
When a paid subscription ends, certain listings may become hidden, limited, or inactive. Existing bookings, orders, or rentals may continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time they were created, subject to applicable platform policies.
Leechy may suspend, restrict, or terminate your paid subscription or related account access if:
If Leechy terminates your paid plan for cause, you may immediately lose access to paid features. Unless required by law, no refund will be owed for the unused portion of the billing period.
Leechy may discontinue a plan, rename a tier, merge plans, or replace subscription offerings. If this happens, Leechy may move you to a reasonably comparable offering or notify you of the available options.
Subscription features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.
Any business tools, pricing tools, analytics, reporting, or account recommendations provided through a paid plan are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leechy's liability arising out of or relating to provider subscriptions will be limited to the amount you paid to Leechy for the applicable subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Leechy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by law.
Leechy may update these Provider Subscription Terms from time to time. Updated versions may be posted in the app, on the website, or otherwise made available to you.
If Leechy makes material changes, we may provide notice by email, in-app notification, or another reasonable method. Continued use of a paid plan after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Provider Subscription Terms are governed by the laws specified in Leechy's Terms of Service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes relating to provider subscriptions will be handled under the dispute resolution, arbitration, venue, and class action waiver provisions set out in Leechy's Terms of Service, except where prohibited by law.

By subscribing to Pro or Ultra, renewing a paid plan, or continuing to use paid provider features after notice of updated terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Provider Subscription Terms.
